Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 4 tbsp. sugar, 4 tbsp. instant potatoes, 3/4 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. instant potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix ingredients and add to starter.
Stir and let set at least 8 hours or until very bubbly.
Take out 1 cup to make bread and refrigerate the rest in a jar with holes punched in the lid until ready to bake again (not more than 5 days).
If not making bread after feeding starter, throw away 1 cup or give a cup to someone. Do not try to build up amount of starter.
Starter must be fed every 3 to 5 days even if not baking.
