Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 to 2 c. starter (leave enough starter to feed next week), 6 c. bread flour, 1 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/2 c. canola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all in large bowl (will be doughy).
Cover and let rise until double in size about 6 to 8 hours.
Turn onto floured board and knead out air bubbles.
Divide into 3 parts.
Grease 3 bread pans with Pam.
Let rise until to top of pan (around 3 to 5 hours). Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
