Sour Milk Spice Cake
Sour Milk Spice Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 cup butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, well beaten, 1/2 cup sorghum molasses and 1 cup sour milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add egg and then the molasses.
Sift the dry ingredients together 3 times and add alternately with the sour milk.
Beat well.
Add the floured raisins.
