Sour Cream Spice Cake
Sour Cream Spice Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift 1 cup sugar, flour, salt, soda and spices together into ungreased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Level mixture off, make three holes in it with a spoon.
Put vanilla in one, oil in second and vinegar in third hole.
Pour sour cream over; mix well until flour disappears. Mix last 3 ingredients; sprinkle over batter in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
