Sour Cream Rolls
Sour Cream Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 2 tsp. salt, 4 c. plain flour (unsifted), 1/2 c. warm water and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Scald sour cream; stir in sugar, margarine and salt.
Cool until lukewarm.
Put water in large bowl; add yeast.
Blend in sour cream mixture; add eggs.
Blend in flour.
Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Grease pans.
Form into rolls on pan.
Let rise in warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours according to how warm it is.
Makes 30 rolls.
