Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Sour Cream Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 2 tsp. flour and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook raisins in 1/2 cup water until water is gone.
Mix flour and sugar and stir in raisin mixture.
Add egg yolk to sour cream. Add cinnamon and salt.
Cook together until thickened.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Turn into baked pie shell and top with beaten egg whites.
Brown.
