Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Using electric mixer, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in sour cream and flavoring.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into egg mixture until completely blended.
Turn into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or divide mixture into 2 loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
