Sour Cream Pound Cake
Sour Cream Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, at room temperature, 2 c. white sugar, 2 eggs, at room temperature, 1 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream the margarine and white sugar.
Add eggs and sour cream. Add salt, vanilla, flour and baking powder.
Prepare the nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix together.
In Bundt (or loaf) pan, pour 1/3 batter.
Sprinkle 1/3 nut mixture and alternate layers, ending with nut mixture.
Then use a knife to cut through batter a few times.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Don't invert for 15 minutes after taking from oven.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
