Sour Cream Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked, 1 c. diced celery, 2 tsp. salt, 16 oz. sour cream and 3 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chill potatoes.
Add celery, 3 tablespoons vinegar and salt; toss lightly.
Place sour cream in small mixing bowl.
Add coddled eggs, remaining vinegar, pepper, mustard, garlic and onion; mix well.
Pour dressing over potato salad; mix well. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
