Sour Cream Meatballs
Sour Cream Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 large onion, diced and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Form into small balls the beef, crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
Brown in some grease in large pot, a few at a time.
When all are browned, add the water.
Simmer for 1/2 hour, covered. Remove from the pan. Add the 2 cans of soup and the milk to pan. Scrape browned remains in pan.
Stir until smooth.
Now, add balls back to pan and simmer 2 hours.
Add the sour cream before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
