Sour Cream Meat Loaf
Sour Cream Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground lean beef, 1 1/2 c. grated raw carrot, 1/4 c. grated unpeeled apple, 1 1/2 c. grated raw potato and 1 onion, quartered and studded with 4 cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; blend well. Pack in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
