Sour Cream Lemon Pie
Sour Cream Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated, 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice and 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients except butter and sour cream in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir in butter, then cool.
Stir in sour cream, then pour into 9-inch cooked pie shell.
Cover with 1 cup heavy whipped cream.
Garnish with lemon twists.
Store in refrigerator.
