Sour Cream-Lemon Pie
Sour Cream-Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated, 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice and 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon rind, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk in heavy saucepan; cook over heat until thick.
Stir in margarine and cool mixture to room temperature.
Stir in sour cream and pour into pie shell.
Cover with whipped cream.
Store in refrigerator.
(You may use Cool Whip for whipped cream; it isn't as rich.)
