Sour Cream Lemon Pie
Sour Cream Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, dash of salt, 2 eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and margarine.
Slowly cook to boiling, cook 2 minutes.
Set aside. When cooled, add sour cream and beat thoroughly.
Pour into an 8-inch baked pie shell or crumb crust and serve with whipped cream.
Also very good with 1 cup well drained crushed pineapple instead of lemon juice.
