Sour Cream Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light brown sugar, 2 c. white sugar, 3 tbsp. white karo syrup, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook everything except vanilla and nuts until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Add vanilla.
Let stand in pan of cold water until cool, then beat until creamy.
Just as it is ready to turn out onto a buttered pan, add the nut meats.
Cut in squares before it is entirely cold.
