Sour Cream Dessert
Sour Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o gelatin (any fruit flavor), 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O, sugar and salt in boiling water.
Stir in light cream and vanilla (mixture may look curdled but will become smooth).
Stir in sour cream.
Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until smooth.
Pour into 3 or 4-cup ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
