Sour Cream Cookies
Sour Cream Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Beat the margarine, sugar and eggs until smooth.
At low speed, beat sour cream and vanilla into the egg mixture.
By hand, stir in flour mixture and coconut.
Drop batter by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
