Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3/4 c. dairy sour cream, 2 c. (one-half 18 1/2 oz. pkg.) pillsbury banana cake mix, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. pillsbury coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting mix and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Generously grease and lightly flour an 8 or 9-inch square pan. In small mixing bowl, combine eggs and sour cream.
Add 2 cups dry cake mix.
Stir by hand until well combined.
Spread about half of the batter in prepared pan.
Sprinkle about 1 cup of dry frosting mix over batter in pan.
Repeat with remaining batter and frosting mix.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
