Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Combine cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar, divide in half and set aside.
Cream together butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy.

Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture, little at a time.
Add sour cream; mix well. Add vanilla.
Fold in chopped nuts and raisins and pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
