Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 1 tbsp. softened butter, 1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In small bowl, blend powdered sugar, sour cream and butter at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Blend in chocolate and vanilla at low speed until smooth.
If necessary, add milk, a teaspoon at a time until desired spreading consistency.
Frost cake and refrigerate.
Makes 2 cups.
