Sour Cream Chicken Nachos
Sour Cream Chicken Nachos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, 1/4 c. picante sauce (hot, medium or mild), 1 c. chopped, cooked chicken and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine sour cream, Cheez Whiz and picante in saucepan; stir over low heat until Cheez Whiz is melted.
Stir in chicken.
On serving platter, layer half of chips, Cheez Whiz mixture, lettuce, tomato and olives.
Repeat layers.
Top with additional sour cream (if desired).
