Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Cut water chestnuts into small pieces.
Mix crumbled crackers and margarine.
Spread half of crackers in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix all of the other ingredients and spread over the crackers on the bottom of dish. Sprinkle remaining crackers on top and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
