Sour Cream Chicken Casserole
Sour Cream Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. melted margarine, 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces, 1 c. ritz crackers, crushed, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1/4 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine margarine and cracker crumbs; blend well.
Spoon half of the crumbs into a shallow, 2-quart casserole dish and cover with chicken.
Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; blend well.
Pour over chicken and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
