Sour Cream Chicken
Sour Cream Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. sour cream, 4 halves chicken breasts, boned, sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh) and vermouth or cooking wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a frying pan melt the butter; add the mushrooms (if fresh). Cut up the chicken and put them in the butter.
Cook the chicken until all sides are cooked.
(I remove the chicken for the next part, but not necessary.)
Add the sour cream and a taste of vermouth or cooking wine.
Add in the chicken (and the canned mushrooms); lower the heat and cover.
Cook for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Serve on a bed of rice.
