Sour Cream Cake
Sour Cream Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1\4 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix walnuts, cinnamon and sugar, set aside.
Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs, sour cream, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pour 1\2 batter into a Tube pan. Sprinkle 1\2 nut mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining nut mixture on top. Bake at 350Β° for 40-50 min.
Check for consistency, if too soft bake a bit longer.
