Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff
Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/2 lb. butter, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can tomato soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut meat in thin strips, trim excess fat.
Brown meat and mushrooms in butter.
Add onions; combine soup and tomato paste. Add seasonings.
Add this to meat mixture.
Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream and thicken gravy, if desired.
Serve in ring of fluffy rice or over noodles.
