Sour Cream Banana Bars
Sour Cream Banana Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
Mix sugar, sour cream and eggs in large mixing bowl on low (scraping bowl occasionally) for 1 minute.
Beat in bananas and vanilla on low for 30 seconds.
Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium for 1 minute.
Stir in nuts.
Spread mixture into pan.
Bake until light brown 20 to 25 minutes.
Frost with Butter Frosting.
