Sour Cream Apple Pie

Sift together 2 tablespoons flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 3/4 cup sugar.
Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg and beat to a smooth thin batter.
Blend in diced apples and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes. Make a topping with the remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter.
Sprinkle over pie and brown in 400° oven for 10 minutes.
