Sombreros El Grande
Sombreros El Grande is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 3/4 lb. velveeta mexican cheese spread, cubed, 4 (7 1/2-inch) flour tortillas and 1 small can chili beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat; drain.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Stir in cheese spread.
Cover; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
Fry tortillas in 1/2-inch hot oil until crisp and golden, turning once.
Drain.
Top tortillas with meat mixture, beans, corn, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with dressing.
