Soft Pretzels is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. yeast, 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put yeast, sugar and warm water together. Dissolve. Mix remaining ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
Let rise 15 minutes. Shape into pretzels and dip in soda water.
Let rise again. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
