Soda Crackers
Soda Crackers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tbsp. margarine and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
In a bowl, combine flour with salt and baking soda.
With a pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk; mix well.
Turn dough onto a floured board and form into a ball.
Knead lightly.
Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut dough into 50 (2-inch) squares; prick each cracker with a fork 2 or 3 times.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
