Make dough for two crust pie.
Break soda crackers into 4 pieces and put into unbaked pie shell.
Boil together 5 or 10 minutes sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar, lemon juice and water. Pour hot mixture over crackers.
Put on top crust and bake in hot oven (475Β°) about 15 minutes or until done.
