Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in separate dish. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan in layers with the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture between layers. Save some of the topping for the top of the cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
