Snow Peaked Meat Loaf
Snow Peaked Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt.
Shape firmly into loaf (8 x 4-inch).
Place on shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Frost with potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Blend remaining soup, water and 2 tablespoons drippings.
Heat; stir occasionally.
Serve with loaf.
