Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. mrs. filbert's soft margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix margarine, sugar and eggs together thoroughly. Sift together and stir in the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Chill dough 20 minutes. Roll dough into balls about the size of small walnuts.
Roll in a mixture of the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place about 2-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until slightly browned (about 7 minutes) in a preheated 400Β° oven.
