Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. butter or margarine and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease cookie sheet.
Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Beat butter for 30 seconds; add 2 cups sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combined.
Form dough into 1-inch balls; roll in a mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon.
Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
Bake in 375Β° for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 66 cookies.
