Snickerdoodles

Mix thoroughly the oleo, shortening, 3 cups sugar and eggs
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt
May need to chill dough for a little while, then shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls (whatever size you want your cookies)
Then roll the balls of dough in the sugar and cinnamon mixture
Flatten a little and place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set
Move immediately from baking sheet.
