Snickerdoodle Cake
Snickerdoodle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. butter and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add 3 eggs, one at a time and beat well.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to butter mixture with the milk.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°. Test for doneness with toothpick, for the top is crusty and can't be touched for doneness as a regular cake can.
