Smothered Steak
Smothered Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. lean round steak, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans cream of onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour cans of soup in a slow cooker.
Add several cans of water and stir.
Set temperature at 350Β° to heat.
Cut, flour and brown meat in a frypan.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add browned meat to the hot soup.
Make sure meat is covered with soup.
Turn temperature to simmer, cover and cook 12 to 24 hours or until meat is tender.
Stir and add water as needed.
