Smothered Pork Chops
Smothered Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. boneless pork chops, sliced thin, salted and peppered, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 (3 oz.) can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown chops in skillet.
Place in casserole dish.
In skillet, heat soup and water.
Add sour cream and 1/2 onions.
Mix well and pour over chops.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Remove and sprinkle with other 1/2 onions.
Bake for 5 more minutes.
