Smooth 'N Creamy Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o vanilla instant pudding/pie filling or other flavor, 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. cold milk and 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
