Smoked Turkey Log
Smoked Turkey Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely chopped turkey (salmon, shrimp, chicken, ham), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. grated onion and 1 tbsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mash up with hands and form into ball or log. Roll (or press on top and sides) in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. (Easier to roll in pecans or form into some special shape if chilled in fridge first.) Serve with crackers of your choice (Ritz, Sociables, Keebler, Wheat Thins, etc.).
