Small Pudding
Small Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sweet milk, 2 egg yolks, 3 tbsp. cocoa for chocolate, 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook mixture in double boiler.
If you like you can use coconut, crushed pineapple or any kind of fruit.
Line dish with vanilla wafers, Ritz crackers and graham crackers and pour mixture in, then brown beaten whites of eggs with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
