Slo-Cooked Chili
Slo-Cooked Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground turkey, 1 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped and 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat pot on stove over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and brown.
Remove from heat and place pot on base.
Add onion, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, chili powder and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Cover and simmer at low heat 7 to 10 hours.
About 1 hour before serving, add corn.
Top with grated cheese and/or sour cream.
