Skillet Supper
Skillet Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground chuck, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 8 oz. egg noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles according to package directions, and set aside. Heat electric skillet to 350Β° and add ground chuck, onion and pepper.
Cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain well.
Spread meat and vegetable mixture evenly in the skillet.
Place egg noodles in center.
Spoon tomato sauce and grated Cheddar cheese on top of mixture.
Serves 4 to 6.
