Skillet Meat Loaf
Skillet Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. rolled oats, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine all ingredients except potatoes.
Form into 4 small loaves.
Place in hot electric skillet with small amount of oil. Brown on one side then turn patties over.
Cook till brown.
Drain excess grease off.
Now place shredded potatoes over meat loaf patties.
Put 1/2 cup water over meat and potatoes.
Cook or steam till meat loaf and potatoes are done.
