Skillet Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 egg yolks, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup dates and 2 3/4 cups rice krispies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter.
Add remaining ingredients, mashing dates continuously. Cook for only 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add 2 3/4 cups Rice Krispies, 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 tsp. vanilla. Form in small balls and roll in coconut.
