Sixty Minute Rolls

Combine milk, water and butter in saucepan.
Heat over low heat until liquids are warm.
Pour into bowl and add sugar, salt, yeast and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add 1/2 cup flour and beat on high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in additional flour to make soft dough.
Turn onto lightly floured board and knead 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover and place on 98° pan of water to rise for 15 minutes.
Turn dough onto floured board.
Divide in half and shape as desired.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
