Six Weeks Muffins
Six Weeks Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran, 1 c. melted shortening or oil, 3 c. sugar, 4 beaten eggs and 1 qt. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, shortening and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator to use as needed.
Keeps up to 6 weeks. Fill muffin tins that have been coated with shortening 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven at 375° to 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 5 dozen muffins depending on size of muffin tin.
