Six Weeks Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal, 3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in an extra large bowl (with lid).
Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk, mixing well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.
Batter will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
